See the question below on how to keep the iPad locked on the WaitAir app.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To keep the screen on all the time:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol><li>Go to your&nbsp;<strong>iPad&nbsp;Settings <\/strong><\/li><li>Go to<strong>&nbsp;Display&nbsp;&amp; Brightness <\/strong><\/li><li>Go to <strong>Auto-Lock<\/strong>.<\/li><li>Set <strong>Auto-Lock to &#8220;Never&#8221;.<\/strong> This will&nbsp;keep&nbsp;your&nbsp;screen&nbsp;awake, but still respect your&nbsp;screen&nbsp;dimming settings.<\/li><li>Press the&nbsp;<strong>Home&nbsp;<\/strong>button and re-open the&nbsp;<strong>WaitAir App<\/strong><\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>If you are on an older iPad running iOS 9.3.5, do the following:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol><li>Go to&nbsp;<strong>iPad Settings<\/strong><\/li><li>Go to&nbsp;<strong>General<\/strong><\/li><li>Go to&nbsp;<strong>Auto-Lock<\/strong><\/li><li>Select&nbsp;<strong>Never<\/strong><\/li><li>Press the&nbsp;<strong>Home&nbsp;<\/strong>button and re-open the&nbsp;<strong>WaitAir App<\/strong><\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h2>I want to keep my iPad locked to the WaitAir app. How do I do this?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The iPad supports Guided access. You can use this to lock the iPad to the WaitAir App. Here are the steps:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol><li>Launch the&nbsp;<strong>Settings app<\/strong>&nbsp;on your iPhone or iPad.<\/li><li>Tap on&nbsp;<strong>General<\/strong>.<\/li><li>Tap on&nbsp;<strong>Accessibility<\/strong>.<\/li><li>Tap on&nbsp;<strong>Guided Access<\/strong>&nbsp;under the&nbsp;<strong>Learning<\/strong>&nbsp;section.<\/li><li>Turn on&nbsp;<strong>Guided Access<\/strong> .<\/li><li>Select&nbsp;<strong>Passcode Settings<\/strong>.<\/li><li>Select&nbsp;<strong>Set Guided Access Passcode<\/strong> .<\/li><li>Enter your&nbsp;<strong>4 digit passcode<\/strong><\/li><li>You will be prompted to enter your&nbsp;<strong>4 digit passcode<\/strong>&nbsp;again.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>To enable guided access for the WaitAir app.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol><li>Start the WaitAir app.<\/li><li>Hit the&nbsp;<strong>Home Button 3 times.<\/strong><\/li><li>Click&nbsp;<strong>Start.<\/strong><\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h2>I have an Android Tablet. I&#8217;d like to keep the screen locked on the WaitAir App.<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Android supports app pinning which locks an app. We recommend this for WaitAir. To pin the app, do the following:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol><li>Start the WaitAir app.<\/li><li>Press the<strong>&nbsp;&#8220;Recents button&#8221;.<\/strong>&nbsp;This is typically the square in the main navigation.<\/li><li>Drag the WaitAir app to the center of the screen.<\/li><li>A pin will show up in the lower right of the window. Press&nbsp;<strong>the pin.<\/strong><\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>The WaitAir app is now locked.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2>I want to change how long it takes to automatically send pickup pages from the Chef Screen.
