I want to keep my iPad screen on. How do I do this?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

We recommend also using the Guided Access option of the iPad. See the question below on how to keep the iPad locked on the WaitAir app.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

To keep the screen on all the time:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Go to your iPad Settings <\/strong><\/li>
  2. Go to Display & Brightness <\/strong><\/li>
  3. Go to Auto-Lock<\/strong>.<\/li>
  4. Set Auto-Lock to “Never”.<\/strong> This will keep your screen awake, but still respect your screen dimming settings.<\/li>
  5. Press the Home <\/strong>button and re-open the WaitAir App<\/strong><\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    If you are on an older iPad running iOS 9.3.5, do the following:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    1. Go to iPad Settings<\/strong><\/li>
    2. Go to General<\/strong><\/li>
    3. Go to Auto-Lock<\/strong><\/li>
    4. Select Never<\/strong><\/li>
    5. Press the Home <\/strong>button and re-open the WaitAir App<\/strong><\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n

      I want to keep my iPad locked to the WaitAir app. How do I do this?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

      The iPad supports Guided access. You can use this to lock the iPad to the WaitAir App. Here are the steps:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      1. Launch the Settings app<\/strong> on your iPhone or iPad.<\/li>
      2. Tap on General<\/strong>.<\/li>
      3. Tap on Accessibility<\/strong>.<\/li>
      4. Tap on Guided Access<\/strong> under the Learning<\/strong> section.<\/li>
      5. Turn on Guided Access<\/strong> .<\/li>
      6. Select Passcode Settings<\/strong>.<\/li>
      7. Select Set Guided Access Passcode<\/strong> .<\/li>
      8. Enter your 4 digit passcode<\/strong><\/li>
      9. You will be prompted to enter your 4 digit passcode<\/strong> again.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n

        To enable guided access for the WaitAir app.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        1. Start the WaitAir app.<\/li>
        2. Hit the Home Button 3 times.<\/strong><\/li>
        3. Click Start.<\/strong><\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n

          I have an Android Tablet. I’d like to keep the screen locked on the WaitAir App.<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

          Android supports app pinning which locks an app. We recommend this for WaitAir. To pin the app, do the following:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

          1. Start the WaitAir app.<\/li>
          2. Press the “Recents button”.<\/strong> This is typically the square in the main navigation.<\/li>
          3. Drag the WaitAir app to the center of the screen.<\/li>
          4. A pin will show up in the lower right of the window. Press the pin.<\/strong><\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n

            The WaitAir app is now locked.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

            I want to change how long it takes to automatically send pickup pages from the Chef Screen. How do I do this?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n
            1. Click on the main navigation button in the upper left of the WaitAir app.<\/li>
            2. Go to Settings.<\/strong><\/li>
            3. Go to Advanced Settings.<\/strong><\/li>
            4. Change the Auto Orderup\/Pickup Time.<\/strong><\/li>
